- Interview and verify applicant income to determine eligibility and calculate rent
- Review, log, and process applications, and maintain the waiting list
- Conduct orientations and counsel applicants on eligibility requirements
- Screen for local and federal preferences and conduct criminal history checks
- Issue vouchers and move-in packets, notify applicants of approval or denial
- Conduct annual reexaminations of income and household composition
- Maintain recordkeeping, compile reports, and respond to inquiries
- 3+ years of general office experience required
- Willing to obtain HCV Counselor, Income Determination, and PBV Specialist certifications within year one
- Willing to complete LIHTC training within two years
- Able to meet bondability requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license, eligible for Authority fleet auto insurance
