responsibilities:

Lead the technical execution of capital equipment and manufacturing improvement projects from initial concept through final production release.
Partner with equipment SMEs on design reviews, vendor management, installation, commissioning, qualification, and technical issue resolution.
Collaborate closely with Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless project delivery.
Work directly with external equipment suppliers to oversee equipment design, installation, and validation according to schedule.
Ensure capital equipment initiatives consistently meet strict safety, quality, operational, and project milestone objectives.
