We are seeking a Glass And Glazing Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and train as needed
- Interface with project contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications that meets or exceeds industry standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Glass and Glazing installation / Management is required
- Familiarity with construction management software - Procore - OST (On Screen Takeoff) - GDS (Glass Estimating)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
