Member Care Advocate I - Call Center Specialist

CareSource

CareSource is seeking a Customer Care Specialist I to assist members/beneficiaries or providers with routine service inquiries, including claims processing and benefit education. You will research and resolve open issues, maintain accurate documentation, and support new hires while upholding HIPAA and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced call center environment.
