Requisition Number: 105178Sr Technical Service Delivery ManagerLocation: Austin, TX (Must reside in the Austin, TX area)Schedule: Working Onsite Monday through Thursday, with Friday working remote (normal business hours)About the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing success of advanced asset management and integrated technology solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, driving operational excellence, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support complex technical environments.You will work closely with presales, engineering, and delivery teams while owning service performance, client outcomes, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and managed services environments.What You’ll DoLead Technical DeliveryDrive end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and timelinesPartner with engineering teams to design, test, and implement integrationsProvide guidance on system architecture, data flow, and best practices for implementationManage Service DeliveryOversee managed services across infrastructure domains such as Exchange, Active Directory, storage, and technical supportEnsure service performance meets established SLAs and KPIsEstablish and maintain delivery standards and governance processesOwn Program Execution & Risk ManagementManage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) across programsTrack milestones, delivery progress, and operational goalsProactively identify and resolve blockers to keep projects on trackDrive Operational ExcellenceMonitor system performance, service health, and operational trendsPartner with support teams to resolve complex issues and improve long-term stabilityIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunitiesCommunicate with ImpactDeliver clear, executive-level updates on performance, risks, and strategic opportunitiesLead regular business reviews, including operational and monthly reportingTranslate technical insights into meaningful business outcomesImprove and InnovateStay current with emerging technologies and recommend enhancementsCollaborate with internal teams to continuously improve solutions and processesIncorporate client feedback into service improvementsEnsure Data Quality & DocumentationMaintain data integrity through governance and validation practicesDevelop documentation, runbooks, and best practicesSupport training and knowledge sharing across teamsWhat You Bring10+ years of experience in technical service delivery, managed services, or technical program/project managementExperience leading delivery of complex technical solutions in enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of infrastructure technologies such as Exchange, Active Directory, and storage platformsExperience managing service performance, including SLA/KPI tracking and continuous improvementAbility to manage risks, dependencies, and program governance (RAID management)Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teamsExcellent communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership and clientsExperience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BISolid understanding of system integrations, data flows, and automationStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesInsight at a Glance14,000+ engaged teammates globally$8.2 billion in revenue in 2025Certified as a Great Place to work in 9 Countries in 2025Fortune 500 Company (No. 447) in 2025Received 25+ industry and partner awards in the past year$1.4M+ total charitable contributions in 2024 by Insight globallyNow is the time to bring your expertise to Insight.
