Shop Foreman

Martin Transportation Systems has an opening for a WorkingShop Foreman at our Flint, MI terminal. This position would be overseeing a 3 shift operation with standard day hours. REQUIRMENTS Knowledge and experience with the following engine systems: Cummins Detroit Knowledge of different tires & cost of maintaining tires on tractors and trailers Cost of maintaining tractors and trailers Maintain and preserve proper inventory management Familiar with outlook Basic knowledge of how to use excel 3+ Years diesel mechanic experience ASE certified Position Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills Professionalism-in both employee management and customer service Transportation or automotive management experience a plus. Knowledge of compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations a plus.
