React Native Developer

The React Native Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native. The ideal candidate will build reusable components, deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces, ensure application performance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. The role also requires leadership capabilities as an individual contributor and a strong commitment to delivering robust, maintainable, and high-performance mobile apps. Key Responsibilities Develop new user-facing features using React Native for iOS and Android applications. Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for long-term scalability. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect mobile interfaces. Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of mobile devices and OS versions. Architect, build, and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient React Native applications. Implement smooth animations, transitions, and interactions to provide a seamless user experience. Integrate third-party APIs and backend services as required. Collaborate with team members working on various infrastructure layers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Participate in problem-solving discussions, code reviews, and technical planning. Work independently as an individual contributor while also supporting team collaboration. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in front-end/mobile development. Hands-on experience with React Native, React.js, and core React principles. Experience with popular React workflows such as Flux or Redux. Experience with data structure libraries such as Immutable.js. Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile API integrations. Knowledge of modern authentication methods such as JWT. Experience with front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.). Proficiency with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong problem-solving, optimization, and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills and positive attitude. Ability to function as a self-driven individual contributor. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the healthcare domain. Knowledge of isomorphic React. Familiarity with performance testing and benchmarking for mobile applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
