Sr. Manager, Marketing

Leads RouteOne’s product marketing, brand, communications, and training strategies to strengthen market presence and support product and customer growth. Responsible for media relations, events, promotional merchandise, digital and traditional marketing, training communications, customer surveys, and product launch/release communications. Translates business and product objectives into clear, customer-focused messaging, integrated marketing plans, and consistent brand execution, using data and market insights to drive continuous improvement.Job Requirements Lead product marketing, brand, communications, customer engagement, and training strategies that promote RouteOne’s products, services, value proposition, and market presence.Lead and coach Marketing and Training teams through talent development, performance management, resource planning, cross-functional alignment, and effective learning communications.Develop marketing calendars, campaign plans, repeatable processes, and data-based reporting to improve alignment, scalability, execution, and continuous improvement.Cultivate media relations, manage client and trade events and sponsorships, and represent RouteOne at conferences and trade shows as required.Manage vendor relationships and departmental budget support for advertising, events, collateral, promotional merchandise, website development, marketing automation, survey analysis, and related marketing operations.Collaborate with Business Development, Product, customers, and partners to align marketing efforts with enterprise goals and secure testimonials, input, and content support.Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility.  Qualifications  Broad marketing expertise with the ability to coach and guide team members.Solid understanding of product marketing and B2B strategies for online products.Experience overseeing brand governance, messaging, visual standards, customer experience, media relations, events, customer feedback, and survey initiatives.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of HTML, website content management systems (Drupal), Account Engagement, Salesforce, and learning management systems (Cornerstone).Proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to prioritize, work independently, and drive objectives forward.Excellent time management, communication, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Other Essential Requirements  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent experience, and10+ years’ experience in the automotive and/or finance industries.
