Key Responsibilities: Operate Packaging Equipment: Efficiently operate packaging machinery to ensure products are correctly packaged and labeled. Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload materials and finished products onto trucks or storage areas. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of packaged products and materials used. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production processes. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree and/or industrial experience is preferred but not required. Skills: Strong attention to detail. Ability to operate machinery and equipment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills for record-keeping. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
