Dallas | Hybrid Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney AmLaw 100 Opportunity A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney to join its growing Dallas office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on a broad range of sophisticated corporate finance, private credit, leveraged finance, and restructuring transactions within a highly respected national finance practice. The Role Senior and mezzanine debt transactions Asset-based lending facilities Cash flow lending transactions Sponsor finance and acquisition financings Unitranche and junior capital transactions Private credit and direct lending matters Workout and restructuring transactions Drafting and negotiating complex financing documents Direct client interaction and substantive deal responsibility Collaboration with a sophisticated national finance team Ideal Background Approximately 3–5 years of corporate finance experience Experience with leveraged finance, asset-based lending, sponsor finance, private credit, or restructuring transactions strongly preferred Experience gained at a large law firm finance practice preferred Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills Excellent academic credentials Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school required Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted in Texas Benefits Sophisticated national finance and restructuring platform Exposure to a broad range of lender-side and sponsor-side transactions Direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility Strong mentorship and professional development opportunities Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture Clear long‑term growth and partnership potential Opportunity to work across finance, private credit, restructuring, and special situations matters Compensation Expected compensation ranges from approximately $250,000 – $365,000+ depending on class year, experience, and overall qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aligned Talent Acquisition
