Manager, Site Optimization

Position Overview The Manager, Site Optimization, is responsible for creating and maintaining ad hoc digital reporting for NASCAR and its associated entities. The Manager will maintain an enterprise-level analytics solution, including tag implementation, testing, deployment, and ownership of web analytics dashboards and scheduled reporting. Responsibilities Ownership of Adobe Tag Manager implementation across 15+ websites and 2+ mobile applications. Build out tag deployments, validate existing tags, and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to ensure tags are available at the start of campaign flights and deactivated upon conclusion. Maintain the digital analytics tracking code procedure and recommend efficiency improvements. Support the E‑Commerce specialist in building out standard reports to gauge marketing channel effectiveness. Create, maintain, and support web quality assurance tools and processes for the Data Strategy team. Assist in providing cohesive reporting on audience segmentation with emphasis on website and mobile application behavior. Roll out data collection efforts across company websites and mobile apps, ensuring quality and consistency. Deliver reporting requests to platform stakeholders to ensure accurate fulfillment of marketing campaigns and tracking. Create and upkeep a weekly KPI dashboard of website performance. Support cross‑functional business teams with meaningful and relevant database queries. Support software integrations by providing use cases and scoping new feature requests. Create and maintain documentation and inventory of inbound systems. Resolve reporting issues quickly and accurately, updating processes as needed. Create and deliver consumer lists and reports from the industry‑wide database. Assist in creating and executing a day‑to‑day operations plan for overall workflow of the division. Provide insights and applications for data collected from NASCAR websites, ticketing platforms, and mobile apps. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university. Five (5) years of current data operations experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations with limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Proficient with company‑provided hardware and software, with experience in mobile technologies. Emphasis on data collection and segmentation technologies, including Tableau, SQL, SAP, Adobe, and other common data software. Ability to QA code deployments using standard website developer tools and Adobe Assurance logging sessions. Experience with digital reporting and audience segmentation platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Google Analytics, Snowflake, or other relational databases. Business‑minded strategic thinker. Aptitude for leading cross‑functional teams in a complex environment. Acumen in providing high‑level digital counsel to senior management. Ability to make decisions and move to action with a hands‑on approach. Travel 5% travel throughout the race season.
