Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is looking for an Occupational Therapist to cover a long-term leave in the Canby, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. **Why Join Us*** Competitive pay ($55-60/hour)* W-2 employment with liability insurance included* 401(k) with company match* Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses* Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses* Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals **What You'll Do*** Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting* Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports* Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans* Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams* Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills* Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records* Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed **What We're Looking For*** Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy* Active Oregon OT License* Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required **About Ampersand Therapy**Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
