Candidates must reside within 75 miles of Indianapolis. About the Opportunity As a Project Manager, you will deliver infrastructure improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget while driving innovative problem‑solving initiatives with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Manage project scope, schedule, and budget in partnership with owners and company leadership. Deliver projects on time and within budget. Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals. Make data‑driven decisions and present complex information clearly and concisely. Continuously grow in alignment with the company’s core values and competencies. Education & Experience Associate’s Degree with at least two (2) years of project management experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 3+ years of project management experience. Skills and Abilities Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Positive, relentlessly enthusiastic attitude and strong desire to serve the community. Clean driving record. Licenses and Certifications Professional Engineer license or knowledge of civil infrastructure industry is a plus.
