Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for adults in the PCU, including monitoring vitals, telemetry, and progress
- Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders; manage IV pumps and infusion safety
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, document findings in the medical record, and update care plans
- Assist with procedures, diagnostic tests, and discharge planning as appropriate
- Uphold patient safety, infection control, accurate medication reconciliation, and fall risk prevention

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in Georgia
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
- Ability to perform 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am) and meet 36 hours per week
- Alignment with travel assignment requirements and mobility for a 13-week contract
- BLS certification or as required by the assignment; ability to obtain any state-specific credentialing
- Prior experience in progressive care or a similar acute care setting preferred
