Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Current documentation of professional liability insurance if required by facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric populations and functional mobility programs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records used in post-acute settings.
• Prior travel therapy experience preferred but not required.

• Shift details: 8-hour day.
