As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Savannah, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will also support access activity and deliver exceptional customer service and communication while reflecting our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values through teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including operational areas, buildings, gates, and perimeter points, while remaining alert to unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Support security-related operations by completing logs, incident reports, and shift communications, and by assisting with evacuations, traffic direction, and/or other site response procedures when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
