We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Personnel Manager to join our Human Resources team and support seamless colleague's experience through effective personnel operations and HR excellence. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different at IHG, but you'll mostly be: Managing personnel operations including employee files, contracts, HR documentation, and government relations in compliance with IHG standards and local labor laws. Ensuring accurate payroll inputs, attendance records, leave management, and employee data maintenance. Handling social insurance, labor office requirements, and HR compliance activities. Conducting internal investigations, managing employee relations cases, and preparing reports while ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies. Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives and creating an exceptional colleague experience. Supporting HR audits by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company standards. Preparing HR reports and personnel analytics to support effective decision-making. Promoting a positive workplace culture and contributing to colleague engagement initiatives. What We Need From You Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, payroll, social insurance, and personnel practices. Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Experience in employee relations and internal investigations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. A proactive team player with a passion for supporting people and delivering HR excellence.
