THE ROLE:  

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a technical pre-sales partner, working alongside Account Executives to design compelling ServiceNow solutions that solve complex customer challenges and demonstrate the value of Intact’s capabilities. You’ll bring deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to discovery, solution design, demonstrations, presentations, and proposals, translating customer requirements into solutions that are technically sound, achievable, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Technical Solution Consulting

• Lead the technical aspects of customer discovery, uncovering business and technical requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design solutions across the ServiceNow platform that align customer needs with platform capabilities, best practices, and Intact’s service offerings.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs tailored to customer requirements.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise from initial discovery through solution development and proposal.
• Articulate ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, integrations, and technical considerations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, ServiceNow, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Solution Design & Pursuit Support

• Develop solution approaches, technical architectures, and supporting materials for strategic pursuits.
• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend appropriate ServiceNow products, capabilities, integrations, and implementation approaches.
• Support technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and other pursuit activities.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Solution Architecture to validate solution feasibility, scope, assumptions, and delivery approach.
• Partner across Sales, Delivery, Contracts, Finance, and Proposal Management to develop competitive and executable solutions.
• Support effective handoffs from pre-sales into delivery.

Pre-Sales Capability Development

• Contribute reusable technical assets, demonstrations, solution patterns, and best practices to Intact’s growing pre-sales practice.
• Stay current on ServiceNow releases, products, platform capabilities, and emerging technologies.
• Share technical knowledge across the team and help strengthen Intact’s overall ServiceNow solutioning capability.
• Identify opportunities to leverage new ServiceNow capabilities and AI to solve customer challenges and differentiate Intact.

Customer & Partner Engagement

• Build strong technical relationships with customers, ServiceNow, and partner organizations.
• Work with ServiceNow account and solution teams to align platform capabilities with customer opportunities.
• Participate in customer workshops, technical sessions, partner engagements, and industry events as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise technology solutions, including experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including platform architecture, configuration, integrations, data, and enterprise workflows.
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers and understanding federal technology environments.
• Experience designing ServiceNow solutions based on customer business and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, presentations, and/or enterprise sales pursuits.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with Account Executives, architects, delivery teams, and other stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles.
• Strong customer-facing presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical, sales, and delivery teams.

NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Additional ServiceNow certifications, including CIS, CAD, or other advanced certifications.
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow products or workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical ServiceNow demonstrations or proof-of-concept solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, platform architecture, and enterprise solution design.
• Experience with technical proposal development, RFIs, RFPs, and competitive pursuits.
• Experience working within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to maintain focus on computer screens for extended periods. Frequent interaction with team members is necessary to clearly articulate ideas and information. The role involves extensive reading, transcribing, and repetitive hand and wrist motions related to typing and/or using a mouse. WORK ENVIRONMENT 

The work is primarily performed on-site in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, and video conferencing technology. Work is typically conducted in a well-lit, temperature-controlled setting with moderate noise levels.
