Location: Corporate Office in South Sioux City, Nebraska What You'll Do Lead the Connection Between Strategy, Technology, and Business Results Coach and develop a team of Senior Business Analysts and Product Owners. Establish priorities and ensure alignment between business goals, product roadmaps, and project initiatives. Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Drive effective requirements gathering, solution design, prioritization, and delivery planning. Guide teams through complex business and technology initiatives while removing obstacles and promoting accountability. Foster strong relationships across departments and serve as a trusted advisor on business transformation efforts. Promote best practices in business analysis, product management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Support organizational change initiatives by ensuring solutions are well understood, adopted, and delivering intended value. Monitor team performance, project outcomes, and key success metrics to drive continuous improvement. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience leading complex business, technology, or transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of business analysis, product management, and project delivery methodologies. Experience working within Agile, Scrum and traditional project environments. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across multiple levels of an organization. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience balancing multiple priorities while driving execution and delivering results. Demonstrated success leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading teams responsible for enterprise business applications, digital transformation, or technology modernization efforts. Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), CBAP, or similar certification. Experience within the insurance or financial services industry is a plus. Experience with Agile PM toolsets such as Atlassian suite, Smartsheet, or tools a plus.
