Registered Nurse (RN)/Trainer - Indefinite Contract, Park Ridge

LSSI is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)/Trainer - Indefinite Contract in Park Ridge to work 1-2 days per week to maintain excellent oversight of the client’s healthcare, including training of direct support personnel and following DHS requirements. Salary $40-45 per hour Essential Functions Train staff to supervise client self‑administration of medications. Prepare nursing service packets and other client paperwork. Prepare and administer injections and treatments as needed. Examine client’s vital signs and symptoms of disease. Oversee medication cabinet for proper storage control. Keep records needed for DHS. Review MARS bi‑monthly. Liaison with doctors, nurses, and/or pharmaceutical staff if needed. Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Current RN license. Ability to complete the DHS Nurse Trainer Training within 3 months of hire. Ability to communicate well.
