Pre-Construction Coordinator

Provides administrative support for grading and paving projects to ensure jobs are set up correctly and ready for execution. Ordering Order materials, trucking, sweepers, and portable restrooms Purchase Orders Create and track purchase orders Invoices Review invoices for accuracy Submit invoices for approval Resolve discrepancies as needed Job Setup Assign and create job numbers and customers in AP Enter cost codes and add jobs to Job Cost Prepare Job Setup packets Set job status to Awarded and Active in B2W Create job folders on the P Drive Distribute Job Setup packets to assigned teams Previous administrative or construction support experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry Comfortable working with invoices, purchase orders, and job documentation Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. On‑call availability is required.
