Successful nurses in this environment bring clinical attentiveness, preparedness, sound judgment, and a commitment to learning each resident's individual needs.Credentials as an active Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or applicable multistate license/qualifying multistate Nurse Licensure Compact license - including Ohio and West VirginiaValid, current BLS/CPR and First Aid certificationNICU or step-down NICU experience is strongly valued; Training and work experience in a pediatric setting preferredMeets the qualifications of a Child Care Supervisor as described in 55 Pa. Code Chapter 3800Experience caring for medically fragile or technology-dependent children is welcomed.Nurses who are new to pediatric long-term care may be considered based on their clinical preparation and relevant experience.Recent graduates with relevant high-acuity clinical training are encouraged to apply.Must be at least 21 years of ageThis position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
