Financial Systems Analyst (FSA)

Epsilon is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst (FSA) to join the Financial Systems team. As an FSA, you will be responsible for the implementation of new technology and the support of existing solutions and processes that support our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions. The SFSA will report to the Senior Director of Finance and work closely with teammates, users, and the greater finance/IT organization with our sales compensation tool.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary business systems support for the Sales Compensation financial system (including Sales Compensation plan development, testing, overall system maintenance).
• Be responsible for configuration (build), testing and implementation of SC plans.
• Configure/implement new sales compensation plans including gathering and documenting processes, determining overall design and system integrations, configuration, and testing components).
• Work directly with individuals across the organization including finance, accounting, internal IT (hardware, software, networking, and DBA's).
• Maintain and act as an ambassador for the Financial Systems team to proactively ensure maximum utilization of technology.
• Develop and coordinate training of Sales Compensation Team administrators and provide administration users with continued training and guidance on system use and best practices through system documentation and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of professional experience with financial system administration, configuration or development
• Experience with commission tools
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial/operational modeling (for validation of configuration)
• General understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures and uses
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Sales Compensation, Financial reporting or project management experience
• Additional experience with other enterprise analytical systems
• Proficiency in problem solving
• Experience with sales compensation tools

Compensation Range: USD $65,000.00 - USD $120,600.00/Annually.
