Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-ins. Answer phones and assist with catering inquiries. Manage takeout and pickup orders, ensuring accuracy and a seamless guest experience. Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely service. Support the front-of-house team during busy shifts. Qualifications Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
