We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at CareBuilders at Home of Fairfield County. As a leading provider of non-medical home care services, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

These are short shift opportunities. You will be with a client for 2-3 hours in the mornings or evenings depending on what is needed.

As a CNA with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Connecticut
• Previous experience in home care or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
