This is a great opportunity for someone with receiving and forklift experience who takes pride in accuracy, communication, and delivering exceptional support across multiple departments.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Pay: $25.00 per hourLocation: Maple Grove, MNTemporary-to-HireWhat You'll Be DoingReceive and verify incoming shipments for accuracyReview packing slips, manifests, and delivery documentationEnter receiving transactions into the ERP system and maintain electronic recordsCommunicate with purchasing, accounting, and warehouse teams regarding deliveries, damages, shortages, and discrepanciesAssist with inventory control activities, including cycle countsProcess stock transfers and returned materialsInteract professionally with delivery drivers and vendorsSupport material movement and warehouse operations as neededHelp maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company proceduresWhat We're Looking For1+ years of receiving experienceExperience operating sit down and stand up forkliftsHigh school diplomaSAP experienceStrong computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, and sound judgementAbility to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyTeam oriented mindset with a willingness to support the broader operationOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
