Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, creating and implementing care plans, and educating patients and their families. Working the night shift from 7 pm to 7 am, with a schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality healthcare services to our community.Join our team and experience the rewarding challenges of nursing at Minden Medical Center.What matters mostTo excel in the role of RN at Minden Medical Center, candidates must possess a current RN licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. While one year of experience in Nursery/NICU/L&D is preferred, those with a strong passion for maternal and infant care are encouraged to apply. Candidates should hold certifications in Fetal Heart Monitoring (preferred), CPR (required), and obtain NRP certification within 8 weeks of hire. Additionally, all RN staff will receive training to float between the labor unit, post-partum/GYN floor, and the nursery.
