At Moxies Boston Seaport, our Server Support team plays a vital role in delivering a polished, high-energy dining experience. This hybrid position makes sure there is seamless service between the kitchen and dining room while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities Food Running Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests. Ensure each dish is presented correctly and meets Moxies' quality standards. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers to maintain efficient service. Describe dishes when delivering and ensure guests have everything they need. Assist in coordinating timing for large parties and high-volume service. Bussing & Dining Room Support Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, and service stations. Refill water and anticipate guest needs. Polish glassware and restock service areas. Roll silverware and complete assigned side work. Support servers to ensure smooth table turnover and guest satisfaction. What We're Looking For Positive, energetic attitude with strong teamwork skills. Ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant environment. Strong communication and attention to detail. Professional appearance and commitment to hospitality excellence. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods. Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required.
