Demoing and renting the latest gear, talking one on one with experts to help find the perfect gear to fit you, your style, and your family.The Softline's Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales floor and merchandising standards for Boston Ski and Tennis. Primarily, your goal will be to construct your team and lead them with a positive outcome. The ideal candidate for the role is a purpose driven business leader, one who creates results by staying true to our goal at hand. Driving the experience, to training and developing the best teammates to executing our standards. Develop talent and drive teammate engagement as we build a high performing team. Recognizing and rewarding great performance and address poor performance as well. Creating a store environment where all teammates and customer feel welcome, included, and respected. Uphold standards for merchandise presentation and stockroom organization.
