Senior Director of Accounting

Providing strategic oversight of financial accounting and reporting processes, the full-time remote Senior Director of Accounting will manage technical accounting excellence, including revenue recognition under ASC 606/IFRS 15, general ledger operations, SEC reporting, and financial controls. Key responsibilities Lead the Accounting leadership team and provide strategic and operational guidance Drive scalable and efficient accounting operations while advising on complex transactions Oversee the implementation of accounting policies, training, and collaboration with auditors on SOX controls and audits Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical/business experience 15+ years of relevant work experience in accounting with expertise in technical accounting and revenue recognition 5+ years of direct experience applying ASC 606/IFRS 15 in a SaaS, software, or technology company environment
