Media Reconciliation Coordinator

Fuseideas is seeking a detail-oriented Media Reconciliation Coordinator to support our Finance team . What You\'ll Do Reconcile media invoices against campaign budgets and vendor records Review reports and spreadsheets to identify discrepancies and missing information Maintain accurate tracking documents and reconciliation logs Support media, finance, and account teams with billing-related tasks Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoice questions and corrections Assist with campaign reporting and data validation Ensure media documentation is organized and up to date Help improve processes and identify efficiencies within reconciliation workflows What We\'re Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Excellent communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Nice to Have Experience with spreadsheets, bookkeeping, finance, accounting, operations, or marketing Previous administrative, coordinator, or agency experience Familiarity with advertising, media, or digital marketing is a plus but not required Why This Role?
