Job Summary: The Gift Shop Clerk is responsible for facilitating a high level of morale and cooperation in the store and promotes quality services and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Responds to customer and phone inquiries.
• Cleans and maintains the sales areas which includes stocking of products.
• Records cash and charge sales using point-of-sale cash register.
• Processes the return of merchandise in accordance with store policy.
• Keeps store aisles clear and open to prevent accidents.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED, required.
• Excellent people skills, required.
• The ability to read, write and communicate clearly and to use fundamental mathematical skills is required.
• Individual must be able to work independently.
