Certifications: ARRT (CT), BLS

Must-Have: Recent, hands-on CT experience. All required certifications must be active at the time of submission. All facility-required compliance items, including CEUs and pre-start training modules, are mandatory conditions of this assignment. These requirements must be completed prior to the start date and are not compensated or reimbursed. Candidates must submit all compliance items by the specified deadline. Failure to do so will automatically push the start date to the following week.

Description: The shift will be 3x12s, available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Saturday, Sunday, Monday. The candidate may choose either schedule. The role requires starting and administering contrast media. Experience with adult acute care and outpatient settings is preferred. Experience with various imaging equipment, such as GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba, is desirable. Familiarity with CT imaging of abdomen, pelvis, chest, and head, both with and without contrast, is essential. Understanding of isolation precautions and PPE is required. The candidate should be skilled in starting peripheral IVs. Preference will be given to those who have the injection certification on their license to perform contrast CT exams. Return travelers are welcome, provided they are in good standing. First-time travelers will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on experience. Submissions from local candidates will be accepted under certain conditions.
