What You’ll Be Doing Dive into plans, specs, and bidding documents to nail down material, labor, and time needs Build detailed cost estimates for projects from $1M to $30M Partner with company leadership — especially the President — to review opportunities and feasibility Keep our cost databases sharp and up-to-date Network with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to strengthen partnerships Represent Kirk Bros. at pre-bid meetings, cost reviews, and industry events What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating or a related field
• Solid analytical, math, and blueprint-reading skills
• Comfortable with estimating software and Microsoft Office (Timberline experience is a bonus!)
• Organized, deadline-driven, and great communicator
• Self-starter with a team mindset
