As a Snow Removal Operator, you will play a vital role in keeping local businesses and residents safe during winter weather by ensuring parking lots, driveways, and walkways remain clear and accessible. Responsibilities
- Operate wheel loaders, skid steers, or salt trucks to remove snow and ice from designated areas
- Maintain safe and accessible parking lots, driveways, and pathways for customers
- Respond promptly to snow and ice events, often working overnight and in challenging weather conditions
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while operating equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding site conditions and progress
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, skid steers, or salt trucks
- Dependable and safety-focused work ethic
- Reliable transportation and on-call availability during snow events
- Ability to work long shifts, including overnight hours, during storms
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
- Punctuality and strong attendance record
Compensation
$40.00 per hour
