At Linqia, you’ll be working with others who are passionate about marketing in a fun, fast-paced, and data-driven environment.Role:Linqia is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building great candidate experiences from first outreach to onsite interviews. You’ll play a critical role in identifying top talent and keeping our recruiting operations running smoothly across our Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams.Contract to hireWhat You’ll Do:Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand open roles and ideal candidate profilesLearn to proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, internal tools, and creative outreach strategiesCraft thoughtful, personalized messages to generate interest in open rolesCoordinate and schedule phone screens, interviews, and onsite meetings, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experienceMaintain accurate candidate data and keep our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) up to dateAct as a key point of contact for candidates, helping guide them through the interview processTrack recruiting activity and assist with reporting on key metricsSupport employer branding and candidate experience initiativesContribute to special projects and help improve recruiting processes over timeQualifications:1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, coordination, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-throughInterest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operationsComfortable learning new tools and systems (experience with LinkedIn, Greenhouse, or Google Workspace is a plus, but not required)Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentBased in the SF Bay Area and able to commute to the San Francisco office 3x per weekThis position description is intended to describe the duties most frequently performed by an individual in this position.
