EHS Manager

A global aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to support a key production facility in the Harrodsburg, KY area. This role will focus on driving a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding EHS best practices into daily operations. This person will be tasked with leading site-wide EHS programs while partnering cross‑functionally to enable safe, efficient, and continuous production. The Role: Lead and continuously improve the site’s environmental, health, and safety management systems in line with regulatory and corporate standards Drive compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable local regulations, including permitting, reporting, and inspections Oversee audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action programs Integrate EHS into daily operations, including performance metrics, leadership routines, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage contractor safety programs and support capital projects with strong EHS input, including change management processes The Candidate: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, environmental, or manufacturing-related discipline 5+ years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment 2+ years leadership experience / managing a team Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (OSHA, EPA) and EHS management systems such as ISO 14001 Proven ability to drive continuous improvement, solve complex problems, and implement sustainable safety programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
