In this role you will deliver residential energy assessments and support energy retrofit projects for customers in Jackson County, Oregon. This role combines technical expertise with customer service to implement innovative, equity-focused energy efficiency programs.You will conduct in-home energy audits, verify installation quality, and guide customers through upgrade opportunities. Additional responsibilities include contractor coordination, reporting, and occasional outreach to generate leads and promote program participation.Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, have experience in home inspections or energy efficiency upgrades, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. You will also display a passion for accelerating the adoption of residential energy efficiency upgrades for customers experiencing lower-income, rural, and communities of color.**\*This is a remote position.
