Employees may also be eligible to enroll in the SEIU Secure Retirement Plan (SRP). Employees will receive 1 hour of PTO for every 23 hours worked, with a maximum of 125 hours. Employees are eligible for 1.5 times their base pay for work performed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
