Selling Keyholder - University Village

Summary The Selling Keyholder is a retail sales leader based at the University Village store who supports the sales floor and helps deliver exceptional customer service. This role assists management by coaching the sales team, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. The Selling Keyholder may open and close the store and assume supervisory responsibilities as needed. Responsibilities Lead the sales floor by coaching and motivating associates to achieve sales goals and deliver personalized service. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including securing the store and handling cash responsibly. Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards to maximize selling opportunities. Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system. Support inventory control and loss prevention efforts through proper procedures and vigilance. Requirements Demonstrated retail sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience supervising or leading a small team; strong coaching and communication skills. Reliable availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
