Fresh Warehouse Worker- Part TimeJoin our team as a Part-Time Fresh Warehouse Worker and help ensure the smooth handling and distribution of our freshly baked goods. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing products for shipment while keeping a clean, safe, and temperature-controlled environment. You'll work closely with team members to maintain product quality and meet daily delivery goals.Key Responsibilities:Assists in transferring fresh products from the production area to the staging area and organizes the pick line according to the designated picking orderReplenishes picking locations throughout the course of the shift to ensure product is available to be selected for pickingAssembles assorted box items as assignedBuilds and organizes route orders based on product specificationsAccurately pulls orders by route using pick sheetsSecures orders by route with tape and clearly labels stacks with store numbers and other relevant informationArranges completed route orders for efficient pickup by delivery driversMaintains a clean and organized work area throughout the shiftPerforms thorough cleaning of the work area at the end of each shiftCompletes tasks and works in designated areas as assigned by the lead or supervisorSafety Sensitive PositionPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Must be 18 years or olderAbility to lift 20 pounds repeatedly with or without accommodationAdherence to safe work practices and procedures as instructedFood Handler's Permit preferredCapable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentBasic math skills are required for order accuracy and inventory tasksExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in the English language is required for effective communication, reading, and writingMust be available to work Sunday through Friday, typically between the hours of 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM, with one scheduled day off during the weekWhy Cottonwood Distribution?Family-Owned Legacy: Be part of a business with a 60-year quality and customer satisfaction history.Onsite Position: Collaborate closely with your team in a hands-on, dynamic environment.Stability and Tradition: Join a close-knit team where your contributions make a difference.Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.
