Facility Support Specialist

Midnights Part-Time 2-3 days/week CommQuest seeks a part-time Midnight Security & Facility Support Specialist for our Family Living Center located in Massillon, OH. The Security & Facility Support Specialists are responsible for ensuring the safety of CommQuest personnel, clients, premises, and assets. They maintain a visible and professional presence to deter and prevent inappropriate or illegal activity. Security team members are expected to uphold a respectful and dignified approach when interacting with staff and clients, while promoting a safe and secure environment. Their primary duties include detecting, deterring, observing, preventing, and reporting any concerning or criminal behavior. Must have availability to accommodate additional hours as needed and requested by the Supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of public security, security protocols and procedures, and/or law enforcement experience, highly preferred.
