Deputy Athletic Director: Strategy & Operations

Marin Campus

University of Redlands is seeking a Deputy Athletic Director (Exempt, full-time) to lead athletics operations, budgeting, contracts, sponsorships and strategic initiatives. The role reports to the VPIA and requires evening/weekend hours and travel as needed. Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, supervising staff, and guiding policy development while ensuring alignment with university goals.
