About Modani Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Caregiver to join our team in Arnold, MO .

Job Summary

As a Home Health Caregiver, you will provide non-medical care and support to our clients in their homes. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and managing medication. You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide personalized care that promotes their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry services
Manage medication and medication schedules
Assist with mobility and transfers
Provide emotional support and companionship
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
