You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, observe and report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur07:30 AM - 04:30 PM Fri07:30 AM - 04:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and government personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government facilities, surrounding grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns. Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, patrol, and incident documentation. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Communicate observations and concerns promptly to site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and appropriate emergency responders as directed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
