LAB Technician I

Our client, a leader in research and development, is seeking a LAB Technician I to join their team. As a LAB Technician I, you will be part of the Corporate Research Analytical Laboratory supporting analytical testing and sample preparation activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive approach, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: LAB Technician I Location: Maplewood, MN Pay Range: 17-20/hr What’s the Job? Prepare and maintain laboratory spaces and organize resources for analytical testing. Conduct visual observations on samples to ensure quality and consistency. Perform sample preparation utilizing cutting tools, analytical balances, and other lab equipment as trained/directed. Support laboratory experiments through basic testing and evaluation to contribute to research activities. Document all results accurately to ensure data integrity and traceability. What’s Needed? Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency with laboratory tools and equipment used in sample preparation and testing. Good organizational skills to manage laboratory resources efficiently. What’s in it for me?
