This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.  Drivers in this position have achieved annualized earnings of $75,000.

Job Details: 

• $0.62 per mile 
• Hourly pay: $18
• Weekly pay: $200 for full week of work
• Stop pay: $20-$22 per stop
• Tarping pay: $60 per load
• Detention pay: $22 per hour after 1 hour
• Off account work pay: $225-$300 per day
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
• New hire training pay: $200 per day
• Holiday pay: $200 per day 
• Daily home time 
• Onsite management 
• Paid online orientation
