LPN Per Diem

REF:#74969503c88768a6 The Osborn is seeking Per Diem LPNs for both its Pavilion (Skilled Nursing) and Assisted Living facilities. The Pavilion is recognized as one of New York’s top nursing homes, offering skilled nursing and short-stay rehabilitation, while the Assisted Living facility supports residents’ independence with various services. Candidates must hold a NYS LPN license; prior experience is not required. Benefits include sick time, 403b, fitness center access, transportation perks, and meal perks.
