Emergency Medical Technician

Pride Health is hiring Emergency Medical Technicians to support our client's healthcare facility in Phoenix, AZ, 85043.

Training Schedule: M-F for at least first two weeks. Shift Schedule: Sun-Wed Front half days (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM); flexible to adjust to cover any gaps

Location: Phoenix, AZ, 85043

Job Type: Local Contract

Contract Length: 3 months (possible extension)

Pay Range: $30 $35/hour*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical support for workplace injuries and incidents.
• Assess patient conditions and administer basic life support (BLS).
• Maintain accurate documentation of medical care, reports, and logs.
• Support workplace safety initiatives and injury prevention programs.
• Assist with drug testing protocols and emergency response procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification Required
• EMT or Paramedic Certification (State or NREMT) OR relevant equivalent experience Required
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience Preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
