- 10+ years of overall software development experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and asynchronous programming.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI , Django , or Flask .
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs .
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Systems .
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL .
- Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Redis .
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2 , Lambda , and RDS .
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Git version control.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing Unit Tests , Integration Tests , and automated tests.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and clean coding practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Retail , eCommerce , or Supply Chain domains.
- Experience with Shopify Plus APIs or other headless eCommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ .
- Experience integrating with ERP systems and third-party logistics (3PL) APIs.
- Experience building scalable cloud-native backend applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for wellness, fitness, or yoga industry is a plus.
